In this unique event, participants will settle into a designated spot inside a giant Rose Quartz grid on the beach which will support and encourage self-love and self-acceptance as we guide you through a short meditation to connect to the Rose Quartz energy and 45 minutes of heart-centered yoga. Participants will also receive a small piece of Rose Quartz to keep and take home.

This is an outdoor event located on the beach at Oak Grove Beach in Saylorville where we can listen to the sound of the waves and connect with Mother Nature and ourselves.
