“I had my first session Reiki session with Sheena. It was a relaxing and healing experience. Sheena confirmed things about my health I needed to work on and even mentioned a finding that I had recently discovered with my therapist that I hadn't told anyone about. She was knowledgeable and I could feel the energy flowing through me from her hands during the entire session I cried and released emotions that I didn't even know I was carrying. When I was finished with the session I felt lighter and more connected and aware of the world around me. My creativity flowed and I was able to write out beautiful thoughts. MEDIUM SESSIONS
“A good friend of mine had committed suicide and there were so many questions left unanswered. There was a certain song I’d hear randomly reminding me of that day. Sheena was able to help me find closure with her death by connecting to her. Less than 48 hours after this session, I heard the song randomly on the radio which was strange simply because she passed in 2015, so it’s not played very often. In that moment, I smiled instead of feeling sad or angry like I had in the past. It took a while, but I finally have a sense of peace thanks to Sheena’s ability to connect with her.”
