For New Clients:
While one session can bring fantastic results, at least 3-5 sessions are recommended for a real breakthrough in healing. Please take advantage of the free add-ons when booking your session.
For Your Appointment:
For in-person appointments, please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full session. Drink plenty of water the day before and day of. Please note that you will likely be energetically detoxing after your session so give yourself time to rest and honor the signals your body is sending you.
After Your Appointment:
Energy work from a session could continue working within your body for three to five days. It’s best to eat as healthy as possible to support the transformation from the inside out. After your session, we can discuss session frequency and ways to support your journey.
*In-Studio Sessions: Please note that there are 3 small flights of (7 steps each flight) stairs to reach my office. If you feel unable to make it to an In-Studio session, I highly suggest a House-Call or Distance (Google Meet) sessions and will do my best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Credit or debit card information and a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot.
Flourishing Roots Wellness has a 24-hour cancellation policy. You must reach out to me via phone, email or text in the event you need to cancel your appointment. If notification of cancellation happens less than 24 hours before your appointment, the 50% deposit required for booking will be retained by Flourishing Roots Wellness.
No-call, no-contact, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the entire appointment fee and banned from booking in the future.
Special medical and weather circumstances will be reviewed to waive this charge only if you contact me via phone, email or text message.
Payment Policies:

If payment is not completed after your session, you will be sent an invoice for the remainder of the balance.
You have 24 hours to complete payment. If payment is not received after 24 hours, your card will be automatically charged the remaining balance.
All packages expire 1 year from date of purchase, even if services have not been redeemed.
All gift certificates expire 5 years from date of purchase.
