To make a space truly feel like one’s own, it’s important to cleanse the old energy and bring in positive new energy. Some of the more challenging spaces to cleanse are places where large quantities of people have lived, where trauma has taken place, or where you get the heebie jeebies and therefore, the most important to cleanse before you move in and set down roots.
How I Smoke Cleanse and The Importance of Energy Maintenance
As I integrate my Ancestral Medicine into my work I’ve begun using the tools that they would have used, so I prefer to smoke cleanse with lemongrass braids I grow myself and a Pamaypay fan from the Philippines. As I cleanse I also use Reiki symbols to assist with the cleansing and protecting of the space.
While having me do the initial cleansing is beneficial for anyone, I highly encourage you to do maintenance cleansing on your own as frequently as needed. We can discuss options for tools that align with your ancestry and also the frequency of the maintenance. Not only does it empower you, but it also facilities your connection to your own spirituality.

When moving into a new home or office, starting with fresh energy will get you off on the right foot. Clearing residual energy from previous tenants ensures that your space is ready for your energy to flourish there.
This option is for spaces without a known entity or entities co-inhabiting the space. Also a great option for newer residential or commercial builds to get started on the right foot.
Energy Exchange for this service STARTS AT $150.00. Type of space, number of levels and bedrooms will affect the total cost.
In your confirmation booking email, you will see a link to set up an Initial Video Consultation through Google Meet. Please schedule this as soon as possible. This is so I can determine the total cost of the visit and ask questions to get a better idea of the history of the land/building.

This is a service for people who are having a difficult time living or working in their space without being creeped out or disrupted. If you are afraid of your space because of what is happening please message me. A brief history of activity in the space must be documented along with any questionable history of the location. Expect that questions will be asked about the nature of the entity(ies) and about personal history with the supernatural. This is important information to be able to gauge what environment I may be getting into and whether or not I will need to bring other psychics and/or healers in with me.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy:
Credit or debit card information and a 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot.
Flourishing Roots Wellness has a 24-hour cancellation policy. You must reach out to me via phone, email or text in the event you need to cancel your appointment. If notification of cancellation happens less than 24 hours before your appointment, the 50% deposit required for booking will be retained by Flourishing Roots Wellness.
No-call, no-contact, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the entire appointment fee and banned from booking in the future.
Special medical and weather circumstances will be reviewed to waive this charge only if you contact me via phone, email or text message.
