Hydrate: Begin drinking adequate amounts of water (half of your body weight in ounces) 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. We are mostly water, and proper hydration allows energy to flow freely through your system.
Detox Bath: Enjoy a relaxing detox bath the night before, using 1-2 cups of Epsom salt and ½-1 cup of baking soda. Add a few drops of essential oils for an extra touch of relaxation.
Mindfulness: Please avoid drugs and alcohol 24 hours before your session. Wear comfortable, layered clothing to ensure your comfort throughout the healing process. Plan a quiet day around your session.

Post-Session Care: Hydrate and give yourself grace in the days following your session. It’s common to experience a range of feelings as your body adjusts.
